File preparation guide.
To ensure your canvas print looks as stunning in person as it does on screen, please keep the following in mind when preparing your artwork or image file:
Resolution: Supply a minimum of 150 DPI at the intended print size. We recommend 300 DPI for the highest quality output, particularly for detailed photography and fine artwork.
Bleed & Safe Zone: Include a 10–15 mm bleed on all sides of your artwork. Keep all critical content — text, logos, and focal points — at least 20 mm from the edge of your design.
Colour Mode: For the most accurate colour reproduction, supply files in CMYK colour mode. RGB files are accepted, however some colour variation may occur during conversion.
Accepted File Formats: PDF, TIFF, JPG, and PNG. For the best results, we recommend high-resolution PDF or TIFF files.

Which size should I choose?
Consider the wall space available and the viewing distance. Larger walls and open-plan spaces benefit from A1 or A0 prints, while A3 and A4 sizes work beautifully in more intimate settings, gallery walls, or as complementary accent pieces.
Will my colours look exactly as they do on screen?
Screen displays and print outputs use different colour systems, so some variation is natural. Supplying your file in CMYK colour mode and at the correct resolution will ensure the closest possible match to your original image.
Can I order multiple canvases as a set?

What is the typical turnaround time?
Standard production time is 3–5 business days from proof approval. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location. Need it sooner? Ask us about our express turnaround option.
Will I receive a proof before printing?
Yes — we send a digital proof for your approval before any order goes to print. We won't proceed until you're completely satisfied with the result.
Do you cater to trade and bulk orders?
