23 mm Depth
The Sleek Profile: Perfect for smaller to medium-sized prints, the 23 mm depth offers a clean, understated look that complements modern, minimalist, and Scandinavian-inspired interiors. It sits neatly against the wall without drawing attention away from the artwork itself.
50 mm Depth
The Gallery Profile: Ideal for larger statement pieces, the 50 mm depth adds a bold, three-dimensional presence that commands attention. This profile is a favourite for feature walls, hospitality spaces, and anyone looking to create a true gallery-wall aesthetic at home or in the office.
Still undecided? As a general rule of thumb — the larger your print, the deeper the frame.
File preparation guide.
To ensure your canvas print looks as stunning in person as it does on screen, please keep the following in mind when preparing your artwork or image file:
Resolution: Supply a minimum of 150 DPI at the intended print size. We recommend 300 DPI for the highest quality output, particularly for detailed photography and fine artwork.
Bleed & Safe Zone: Include a 10–15 mm bleed on all sides of your artwork. Keep all critical content — text, logos, and focal points — at least 20 mm from the edge of your design.
Colour Mode: For the most accurate colour reproduction, supply files in CMYK colour mode. RGB files are accepted, however some colour variation may occur during conversion.
Accepted File Formats: PDF, TIFF, JPG, and PNG. For the best results, we recommend high-resolution PDF or TIFF files.

How do I submit my artwork or image?
Once you've requested a quote and confirmed your order, our team will provide you with a secure upload link. You're also welcome to email your file directly to us for smaller file sizes.
What is the typical turnaround time?
Standard production time for custom canvas orders is 3–5 business days from proof approval. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location. Need it sooner? Ask us about our express turnaround option.
Will I receive a proof before printing?
Yes — we send a digital proof for your approval before any custom order goes to print. We won't proceed until you're completely happy with the layout and sizing.
What if my image resolution isn't high enough?
Our team will flag any resolution concerns before printing and advise on the best course of action. In some cases, we can upscale images with minimal quality loss.
Can I order a canvas without a stretcher bar?
Absolutely. If you'd prefer a canvas roll or flat print without mounting, simply mention this when requesting your quote and we'll accommodate accordingly.
